[The Listserve] Hi!

Right now, I am sitting in the waiting room while my dad is having surgery. All of the humor I wanted to share was forgotten when I remembered I had minutes to submit my email!! Doesn’t help that my mind is going 1000 miles a minute while my dad’s back there.

I have no life changing wisdom, I’m just an ordinary person. I am a Navy Veteran, divorced mom with 3 amazing kids. One in college, one on her way to college in 2 years and one in Jr High. I am a small business owner, I clean houses, and take care of my parents. Simple yet complicated life. We call Arizona home.

Always smile at someone, you never know what they are going through. People don’t get “bitchy” just because. Everyone has a story. People are lonely and do not want to be forgotten. That’s the one thing I have learned in the past few months.

Be understanding and have compassion for everyone you meet. I have PTSD, and it’s incredibly hard to be around people and harder to talk to people, but I push myself. Not everyone can. Life is a learning process. I’m 42.. still learning!

Divorce sucks, but you can rebound from it. Please co-parent for your kids. They didn’t ask to be in the situation, the least both parents can do is work together.

For readers who are also small business owners, you don’t need a big flashy website. I survive off my FB page. I am still learning IG (don’t get me started on Snapchat! lol) Work (free) Social Media to your advantage. Email me if you can help me understand Snapchat. My daughter lives on it, but has no patience for mom; lmao!!

Housecleaning tip - there is an amazing gold can of powder cleaner (email me for the name!) you can use that one can on 99% of your cleaning. Water spots, stains, grout, gunk, rust.. those annoying foot prints in the shower / bathtub you can never get rid of! I use it in kitchens, bathrooms, patio furniture and more. If it’s a tough spot, make a paste leave it on. I swear by it. Living in Arizona the water is hard, this cleaner wins hands down!

Thank you to every single email I have read over the past 6 years. You have made a difference in my life. I laugh with you, I cry with you, I learn with you. Stories stuck with me. You have restored my faith in humanity.

They are finishing up with my dad, calling us back to recovery.

Much love Listserve family,
